SJBclean is a part of the SOMJukeBox Project (Step 2).
SJBclean is used to clean the files produced by Anafile. It cuts out leading and ending zerolines. SJBclean marks zero-colums, too. They are printed at the beginning of the output. A zero column is marked by a 0, a non-zero column is marked with 1.
Last bugs cleaned. This is the final distribution.
