Goal: To perform empirical studies on diverse aspects of Open Source Software (OSS) Adoption.
Results: We have performed an SLR on OSS adoption in organizations. And have performed some surveys related to the challenges faced by practitioners when integrating OSS components. One study focuses on the selection processes and another study focuses on the impact of integrating OSS components on Software Requirements Engineering.
