Interface Summary

NetworkModel

Interface used for tagging classes that are network models. Currently not used: common methods from GrowingSOM and GHSOM should be defined here.

Class Summary

AbstractNetworkModel	This class provides basic support for implementing a NetworkModel.
GHSOM	This class implements the Growing Hierarchical Self-Organizing Map.
GHSOMHierarchyRoot	A GHSOMLayer represents all GrowingLayers of a Level.
GHSOMLevelLayer	represents all layers of one level
GrowingCellStructures	This class implements the Growing Cell Structures.
GrowingSOM	This class implements the Growing Self-Organizing Map.
MnemonicSOM	This class implements so-called Mnemonic SOMs, i.e.

Package at.tuwien.ifs.somtoolbox.models Description

Provides the actual implementations of network models. All new models are supposed to implement NetworkModel. Basic support is provided by common methods in AbstractNetworkModel.

Currentely, the SOMToolbox provides the following models:

• Growing SOM
• Growing-Hierarchical Self-Organising Map
• Mnemonic SOM
